Phase I Environmental Site
Assessments
Designed to help buyers and lenders make an informed
decision related to real estate transactions. This
fulfills the requirement for "due diligence", as
outlined in the Comprehensive Environmental Response
Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), commonly
known as Superfund. ECO, LLC performs these
assessments in accordance with the EPA. All
Appropriate Inquiries ruling, and utilizing the
guidelines in the "Standard Practice for
Environmental Site Assessments" provided by the
American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM).

Wetland Delineations and Permitting
Services
Involves field determinations of the wetland
boundaries on a site by review of the soils,
vegetation, and hydrology on the site, in general accordance with the 1987
COE Wetlands Delineation Manual. Wetland boundaries
are flagged, documented, and depicted on a site map.
When no alternatives to avoiding the wetland areas
exist, ECO provides assistance in completing the
permit applications and designing mitigation plans.
ECO can provide assistance to industrial clients by
providing a confidential review of a facility's
operations and their status of compliance with
environmental regulations. Additionally, ECO
personnel work with the client through the
application process for the appropriate permits
required.
Sampling Surveys
Field sampling for laboratory analysis and reporting
related to: asbestos; lead in paint; radon; drinking
water; wastewaters; and soil contamination.
